Job Description

  • Partner closely with Product Manager and AI Product Lead to shape product vision and roadmap
  • Co-own product strategy, quarterly planning and delivery outcomes
  • Lead end-to-end design activities from research to developer handoff
  • Translate ambiguous business and user needs into clear design solutions
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing and heuristic reviews
  • Apply data, analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Create wireframes, user journeys and interactive prototypes using Figma
  • Maintain and enhance design systems for consistency and accessibility
  • Collaborate with engineering, AI, product and business stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of intuitive, scalable and user-centric experiences

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in product design, usability or interaction design roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and strategic problem-solving
  • Ability to link design decisions to business metrics and outcomes
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
  • Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or rapid prototype development
  • Experience designing complex workflows or data-intensive interfaces
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery environments
  • Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder influence
