We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the development and management of AI-powered knowledge graph and data extraction solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and technological innovation.

Job Description

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for an AI-driven Knowledge Graph platform
  • Lead development of automated pipelines converting unstructured data into graph entities
  • Partner with AI Product Lead, usability and business stakeholders on product direction
  • Translate business needs into clear features and actionable user stories
  • Drive feature prioritisation to maximise business value and reduce time to impact
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
  • Act as bridge between business users, AI engineers, data scientists and developers
  • Embed AI and model governance requirements into product and technical roadmap
  • Define guardrails to manage AI risks including hallucinations, privacy and data quality
  • Ensure knowledge graph quality through validation, versioning and auditability

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in technical product management for AI, ML or data platforms
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery and prioritisation frameworks
  • Hands-on experience running Jira, Confluence and Agile team ceremonies
  • Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of LLMs, RAG or GraphRAG architectures
  • Experience with Knowledge Graph technologies or semantic data models preferred
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks for document ingestion and analysis
  • Strong focus on quality, governance and stakeholder trust
