Job Description

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and service capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships while ensuring supply continuity and risk mitigation.
  • Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and commercial discussions to secure favourable terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement cost-saving and value-engineering programs to optimise procurement spend.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials and products.
  • Analyse procurement and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare management reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, cost savings, and budget adherence.
  • Utilise procurement data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve procurement effectiveness.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management experience in EMS industry, with proven team leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and contract management expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience driving cost reduction, process improvement, and procurement optimisation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Mainland China.
