With decades of industry expertise, the company serves a diverse portfolio of customers worldwide and is recognised for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and quality delivery.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and service capabilities.Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships while ensuring supply continuity and risk mitigation.Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and commercial discussions to secure favourable terms.Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Implement cost-saving and value-engineering programs to optimise procurement spend.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials and products.Analyse procurement and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulatory requirements.Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture.Prepare management reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, cost savings, and budget adherence.Utilise procurement data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve procurement effectiveness.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management experience in EMS industry, with proven team leadership responsibilities.Strong sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and contract management expertise.Demonstrated experience driving cost reduction, process improvement, and procurement optimisation initiatives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken.Willingness to travel regularly to Mainland China.What's on OfferAttractive package will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
