Our client is an international law firm with a reputable asset finance practice.

Job Description

As a Paralegal (Asset Finance), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents and agreements related to asset finance transactions.
  • Conducting legal research across various jurisdictions.
  • Assisting with the preparation of transaction documents and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Managing and organising files and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Ensuring timely submission of legal documents and filings.
  • Providing administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Keeping abreast of industry regulations and updates relevant to asset finance.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be a law degree holder with some relevant paralegal experience in the banking and/or finance practice areas - whilst asset finance experience is a plus, it is not a must. Candidates coming from financial services roles looking to move into law firms, may also be considered. Excellent fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as well as a willingness to work over-time when required.
