Job Description

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the key operational contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring service delivery aligns with customer expectations and business requirements.
  • Oversee cold chain logistics operations, ensuring proper handling, storage, transportation, and compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Lead and develop a team of operational staff, including both in-house employees and subcontractor resources, fostering a high-performance and collaborative working environment.
  • Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Compliance, and cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer retention.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational restructuring, and process optimisation to support business expansion.



The Successful Applicant

  • Solid background in cold chain logistics, Food & Beverage supply chain, or temperature-controlled warehouse operations.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain operations, including warehouse management and team leadership exposure
  • Strong people management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop operational teams.
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in 3PL, warehousing, or supply chain operations is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to embrace challenges in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
