We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support both business projects and daily operations activities.

Job Description

  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Coordinate and perform UAT for system enhancements
  • Identify and track testing issues and defects
  • Prepare user training materials and provide training
  • Support system implementations and resolve user queries
  • Extract and analyse data using Excel, SQL, or Power BI
  • Handle daily operational tasks and ad hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst
  • At least 3 years' experience in UAT and system enhancement testing
  • Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
