Our client is currently looking for an Operation Officer (Project Based) with focus in handling audit operation, client data review, client documentation checking and clerical work for private banking clients, candidate with relevant working experience in banking operation field are welcomed to apply.

Their department is currently looking for an Operation Officer (Project based) with focus in audit review, client documentation checking, clerical operation for private banking clients.

Job Description

  • Ensuring operational processes adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Assisting in the execution of daily operational tasks and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless workflow and process optimisation.
  • Monitoring and reporting on operational performance metrics.
  • Supporting the implementation of new operational strategies and systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.
  • Providing administrative support to the Ops Department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Relevant working experience in operation field within banking/ Financial Services sector
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
