We are looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer to join a growing Technology & Telecoms team. This role focuses on providing technical support and ensuring seamless network operations for the organization.

Job Description

  • Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
  • Deliver onsite support at Airport Island and occasionally at other subsidiary sites
  • Implement network upgrades, changes, and security patches in line with standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve connectivity issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation for incident response and support

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in network administration or engineering
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco devices is advantageous
  • Familiarity with network security principles and firewall management
  • CCNA certification or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
