They focus on delivering high-quality services and maintaining a strong reputation in the Kowloon region.Job DescriptionProvide 24x7 shift-based operational support for airport network and security infrastructure.Monitor network performance, firewall activities, system alerts, and service availability using enterprise monitoring platforms.Conduct first-line troubleshooting and incident response for routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and connectivity issues.Escalate major incidents to senior engineers, support teams, vendors, and stakeholders following established procedures.Support change implementation, maintenance activities, and service requests in accordance with operational standards.Perform network health checks before and after planned activities, including routing status, interface utilisation, redundancy, system resources, and alarm verification.Work closely with internal teams, vendors, project stakeholders, and operation centres during incidents and maintenance windows.Maintain accurate operational records, incident documentation, shift handovers, and audit evidence.Participate in incident reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security requirements, and change management processes.The Successful ApplicantDiploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.Minimum 3 years of experience in network operations, NOC, infrastructure support, or incident management.Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, routing, switching, and network security fundamentals.Hands-on experience supporting Cisco network infrastructure.Exposure to Huawei network devices would be advantageous.Familiarity with firewall technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point.Experience using network monitoring, ticketing, and operational management tools.Professional certifications such as CCNP, HCIP, or equivalent are highly desirable.Ability to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities in a high-availability environment.Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.Previous experience supporting airport, transportation, banking, utilities, or other critical environments is preferred.Knowledge of monitoring platforms such as ManageEngine, SolarWinds, Splunk, or Elastic is an advantage.Familiarity with wireless networking, NAC, DNS/IPAM, load balancing, and ITIL processes is beneficial.What's on OfferCompetitive monthly salary and benefits package.Opportunities to work in a thriving technology environment in Kowloon.Exposure to cutting-edge solutions in the telecoms industry.A supportive and innovative company culture.This is a temporary position with competitive benefits and an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.
