Job Description

  • Execute quantitative research projects from initiation to completion
  • Set up online questionnaires and ensure survey quality
  • Coordinate sampling and respondent recruitment activities
  • Manage fieldwork progress and monitor project timelines
  • Conduct data checking, validation, and quality control
  • Perform data analysis and prepare research findings
  • Support the interpretation of data and generation of actionable insights
  • Assist with research reports, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the research team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quantitative market research
  • Experience gained from a research agency or in-house research team
  • Exposure to financial services, insurance, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with survey platforms and quantitative research methodologies
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
