Our client is a well-established catering group with a strong presence in Hong Kong. The business operates across multiple concepts and dining formats, with a clear focus on brand differentiation, customer experience, and innovation.

The company is now seeking a Marketing Director to elevate its marketing capabilities, strengthen brand equity, and accelerate growth through strategic and data‑driven marketing leadership.

Job Description

  • Define and lead the overall marketing strategy, covering brand positioning, communication, and long‑term growth planning.
  • Drive integrated 360° marketing programs across ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, and PR to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Lead customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies, leveraging CRM, digital platforms, and performance marketing.
  • Oversee new product and menu innovation, working closely with operations and product teams from concept development to launch and post‑launch evaluation.
  • Develop and execute local store marketing and promotional strategies to drive footfall, conversion, and revenue growth across outlets.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ROI, using data and analytics to optimize performance and investment efficiency
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and external partners to ensure strong execution and alignment.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines (MBA is a plus)
  • minimum 12 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within F&B, retail, or FMCG industries
  • Proven track record in leading end‑to‑end marketing strategies with strong commercial results
  • Strong experience in brand marketing, trade/store marketing, digital, CRM, and product innovation
  • Solid understanding of consumer behavior, customer journey, and omnichannel marketing
  • Commercially driven, with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability, with experience managing teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
