Job Description

    • Monitor market developments, industry news, and relevant legal or regulatory trends.
    • Conduct research on clients, prospects, competitors, and market opportunities.
    • Maintain and update matter, client, and marketing databases.
    • Prepare internal reports and business development updates.
    • Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and practice materials.
    • Coordinate submissions for industry rankings, awards, and directories.
    • Support the creation of presentations, client pitches, proposals, and other business development materials.
    • Assist with client communications and profile-raising initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree or above.
    • Approximately 3-4 years of experience in business development, marketing, communications, research, or a related function.
    • Prior experience within a law firm is essential.
    • Strong research, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are required.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
