Job Description

As a Manager, Transfer Agency, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage daily transfer agency activities to support accurate and timely fund administration.
  • Review transaction processing and records to help maintain complete and reliable investor data.
  • Coordinate workflow across the transfer agency function to meet agreed service timelines.
  • Monitor outstanding items and resolve operational queries through clear follow-up.
  • Maintain process documentation to support consistent execution of transfer agency work.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to address service issues and improve operational delivery.
  • Prepare operational updates and reports to provide clear visibility of activity and progress.
  • Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements within the transfer agency function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager, Transfer Agency should have:

    • Experience managing Transfer Agency operations, investor servicing activities, and servicing of MPF, ORSO, Pension, and ETF products.
    • Strong knowledge of fund administration processes, transfer agency functions, and transaction life-cycle controls across investment and retirement schemes.
    • Ability to review operational data, investor records, transaction activities, and regulatory reports with close attention to detail.
    • Experience coordinating workflow, handling client queries, and resolving day-to-day operational and servicing issues.
    • Strong understanding of MPF, ORSO, Pension, ETF, and fund services environments within Banking & Financial Services.
    • Proven ability to improve processes through clear documentation, operational governance, automation initiatives, and practical follow-up.
    • Bachelor degree.
