The role partners with senior stakeholders to enhance processes, maintain regulatory standards and support the delivery of complex transactions.

Our client is a well-established financial services organisation with a strong presence in capital markets and corporate finance.

Job Description

    • Provide independent review and challenge on business activities and transactions
    • Support the enhancement of governance, control and risk management frameworks
    • Review key documentation and provide recommendations to improve quality and consistency
    • Advise stakeholders on regulatory and procedural matters
    • Coordinate with internal and external parties to support business initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in a legal degree with strong IPO experience is highly preferred
  • Relevant experience within financial services, law firm or professional services, experience in working with HKEx or SFC is preferred;
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
