Job Description

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the deposit team to deliver consistent banking services.
  • Oversee deposit-related activities and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Set clear priorities for the team and monitor progress against operational needs.
  • Review team workflows and identify practical improvements to service delivery.
  • Handle complex deposit matters and provide clear guidance to colleagues.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to coordinate deposit service requirements.
  • Monitor service quality and address operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare clear updates on deposit operations for relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience managing deposit-related banking operations.
  • Strong knowledge of deposit products and related service processes.
  • Ability to organise daily priorities and maintain accurate operational delivery.
  • Experience guiding a team through routine and complex operational matters.
  • Ability to review workflows and improve practical ways of working.
  • Clear communication skills for working with internal stakeholders.
