About Our Client

Our client is a well-established logistics organization with a strong presence in cross-border e-commerce, international express, and small parcel logistics solutions. To support continued business expansion, they are seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to oversee and accelerate the growth of their International Express business.

Job Description

  • Lead the growth and strategic development of the International Express and cross-border e-commerce business.
  • Manage commercial and operational teams to deliver business objectives and service excellence.
  • Oversee end-to-end express operations, including customer service, airfreight import/export, and key account management.
  • Expand revenue through customer retention, new business acquisition, and market development.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and operational performance.
  • Track financial and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement and profitability.
  • Lead business enhancement projects to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Strengthen operational standards, processes, and compliance across the business.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years of experience within International Express, Parcel Delivery, Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics, or related sectors.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Drive the strategic growth of the International Express and Cross-Border E-Commerce business.
  • Lead sales, operations, and customer service teams to achieve commercial and operational targets.
  • Oversee end-to-end express logistics operations, including import/export and key account management.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to optimize service performance and business results.
  • Monitor P&L, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes, service quality, and operational excellence.
  • Analyze market trends and customer demand to develop growth strategies and business plans.
  • Prepare regular business performance reports for senior management.
