Job Description

  • Managing loan processing activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Reviewing and verifying loan documentation for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan operations.
  • Monitoring loan disbursements and repayments to ensure adherence to agreed terms.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the loan management system as needed.
  • Preparing regular reports for management on loan portfolio performance and operational efficiency.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues related to loan operations.
  • Supporting the team in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in loan operation field
  • Experience from Japan banking or FI group is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
