We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager / Scrum Master to support strategic transformation initiatives within the Policy Services function. This role will drive the delivery of business and operational transformation projects across policy administration, customer servicing, and related operational functions.

Job Description

  • Support the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives and business projects from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Manage project activities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization, operational efficiency, and service improvements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, implementation planning, and post-production stabilization activities
  • Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers in a timely manner



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Junior Project Manager.
  • Experience within the insurance industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance policy lifecycle, policy administration processes, and insurance operations.
  • Proven experience supporting business transformation, process improvement, or system implementation projects.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and project management practices.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP
  • Hands-on experience with: SQL, Data analysis and reporting tools
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and results.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
