Our client is a rapidly expanding fintech company providing innovative financing solutions to businesses across multiple markets.

Job Description

As a Legal Counsel, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Draft, review and negotiate financing, lending and commercial agreements.
    • Advise stakeholders on regulatory and compliance requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
    • Support the legal structuring and launch of new financial products and services.
    • Assist with corporate governance, corporate secretarial matters and strategic transactions.
    • Coordinate with external counsel and advisors on cross-border legal projects.



The Successful Applicant

A successful General Counsel should have:

    • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' post-qualification experience from a reputable law firm or fintech/listed company
    • Experience in banking, financing, capital markets, general commercial, ideally from a financial institution
    • Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
