Job Description

As a Leasing Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing property leasing activities to ensure high occupancy rates.
  • Developing and implementing effective tenant engagement strategies.
  • Negotiating and preparing lease agreements in line with company policies.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless property management services.
  • Monitoring lease renewals and managing tenant relationships effectively.
  • Preparing leasing reports and presenting updates to senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years experience in property leasing or management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of lease agreements and local property regulations.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and analysing leasing data.
  • An ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
