The position requires strong consulting-style problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex regulatory, data, and operational topics into clear, executive-level insights.

The KYC Project Management role will focus in first-line control function overseeing client onboarding, KYC lifecycle management, and data governance, with a strong focus on transformation.

Job Description

  • Overseeing project timelines, ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborating with banking and financial services teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Facilitating communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of working experience under project management/ AML Compliance or relevant field within banking industry
  • Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
  • Work collaboratively with team member
  • Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
  • Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
