Excellent opportunity to join a leading Investment Bank for KYC Analyst for Private Wealth.

Job Description

  • Conduct Trigger Event and KYC reviews, including assessment of CIP, TNW, SOW and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure client information and documentation are complete, accurate and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify documentation gaps, risk indicators and inconsistencies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Liaise with Front Office, Compliance, AML and Operations teams to facilitate account maintenance and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate client and account records in internal systems.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, reporting, data reviews and departmental projects.
  • Handle account maintenance and client lifecycle management activities as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of KYC, CIP, CDD and AML requirements.
  • Knowledge of client structures including Individuals, Joint Accounts, PHCs, Trusts, Funds and Corporate Entities.
  • Familiarity with SOW, TNW and AML risk assessment processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of VBA, Power BI or Power Automate is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred.
