Excellent opportunity to join a leading Investment Bank as KYC Analyst.

Job Description

  • Partner with Sales team to prioritize client onboarding requests.
  • Manage client onboarding and account opening from initiation to completion.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Credit Risk, Counterparty Risk, and Operations to facilitate onboarding.
  • Provide timely updates to Sales and clients on onboarding progress.
  • Identify and resolve onboarding issues and escalation points.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
  • 2+ years' experience in client onboarding, KYC, or other client-facing functions.
  • Experience in pre-trade onboarding processes is preferred.
  • Fluent English required; Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is an advantage.
  • Strong risk awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; data analytics experience preferred.
