About Our Client

We are partnering with a well-established law firm seeking a Junior Associate (0-3 PQE) to join its Corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer looking to gain exposure to a broad range of private equity, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, and general corporate transactions.

Job Description

  • Assist in advising clients on M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and assist in transaction management.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and corporate agreements.
  • Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general commercial matters.
  • Liaise with clients, counterparties, financial advisers, and other stakeholders throughout transactions.
  • Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex cross-border deals.



The Successful Applicant

  • Hong Kong qualified lawyer with NQ to 3PQE.
  • Experience in corporate, M&A, private equity, venture capital, or commercial matters gained from a reputable law firm.
  • Strong academic credentials and technical legal skills.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Chinese language skills would be advantageous.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
