With significant investment in technology, process optimization, and customer experience, the organization is leveraging innovation to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.The Head of IT will be responsible for defining and executing the technology roadmap, leading digitalization initiatives, workflow automation (Paper-less) and platform modernization, while ensuring governance, security, and service delivery across the organization.Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesProactively engage with business stakeholders and functional leaders across "Technology" "Finance" "HR", and "core Clinical Operations" to understand pain points, identify improvement opportunities, and drive technology-friendly enabled transformation through a workflow automation, paperless solutions, a modernized ways of working;Drive the hospital's paperless transformation by digitalizing clinical e-documentation, patient e-records, and operational e-workflows through automation and modern mobile apps technology solutions;Leading and developing the IT team and vendors, setting clear expectations and ensuring strong service delivery on time and report to the board of directors regularly;Overseeing applications, networks, Cloud systems, and on-site technology across all practices and the support center;Manage and optimize the organisations core technology platforms, including practice management systems, telephony solutions, room booking systems, medical imaging platforms, and digital X-ray equipment, ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with business and clinical needs;Supporting new practice integration's, relocation, and expansions by ensuring proper setup, standardisation, and reliable systems;Managing data protection, backups, disaster recovery, and incident response planning;Conducting regular security assessments and driving remediation efforts;Overseeing relationships with IT vendors, MSPs, and software partners, including contract review and negotiation;Serving as an escalation point for critical outages or system interruptions.The Successful ApplicantJob Requirements Degree/ Master Degree in Computer Science/ Information System/ Information Management equivalent;Minimum 13+ years of senior-level experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, workflow automation, and technology management, preferably within healthcare industry or other similar environments;Demonstrated track record of leading enterprise level automation initiatives and delivering paperless workplace transformation programs. (Please highlight relevant achievements in your resume.)
