Job Description

    • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
    • Prepare and maintain FSD and TSD documentation.
    • Support solution design, leveraging knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
    • Perform data analysis and validation using Oracle SQL.
    • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and ensure timely delivery.
    • Support testing (SIT/UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
    • Stay updated with technology trends and promote best practices in development and performance.



The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
    • 3-8 years of experience as an IT BA or similar role.
    • Strong business analysis skills with solid technical background.
    • Proficiency in SQL (Oracle) and experience with data analysis.
    • Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
    • Good documentation skills for functional and technical specifications.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under pressure.
