The Infrastructure Delivery Project Lead in the Systems Operation Section will oversee the successful delivery of technology infrastructure projects within a banking environment. Based in Kowloon, this role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency and seamless project execution in the financial services industry.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects from initiation to production rollout
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, dependency tracking and governance documentation
  • Lead Microsoft 365 implementation programmes including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange-related initiatives
  • Coordinate Teams Voice and Softphone deployment through PSTN and Operator Connect solutions
  • Drive server and platform migration projects involving Windows, Linux, middleware and database environments
  • Lead office relocation and workplace technology projects, including enterprise Wi-Fi and Teams Rooms deployment
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, procurement activities and financial tracking
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, regional teams, vendors and external service providers
  • Ensure operational readiness through testing governance, documentation, support planning and BAU transition
  • Support regulatory assessments, audits and compliance reviews for technology initiatives
  • Oversee infrastructure risk reduction programmes including vulnerability remediation and technology refresh projects
  • Prepare executive reporting and escalate key risks, issues and decisions to management committees

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of IT infrastructure or platform delivery experience
  • At least 5 years of project leadership experience managing large-scale technology programmes
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange
  • Experience delivering Teams Voice, Softphone or enterprise telephony projects
  • Proven track record in Windows and Linux server migration and infrastructure modernisation
  • Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure
  • Experience with Azure environments, Landing Zone concepts and cloud migration initiatives
  • Knowledge of enterprise security technologies such as SIEM, XDR, PAM, endpoint management and SASE solutions
  • Familiarity with data centre migration, consolidation or major infrastructure refresh programmes
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor and budget management capabilities
  • Experience supporting regulatory reviews, audits or compliance-related technology projects within financial institutions is highly advantageous
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese, with Cantonese required
