Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with regional leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Providing guidance on workforce planning, skill gap analysis and talent management
  • Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
  • Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance management.
  • Leading recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Supporting learning and development programmes to upskill employees.
  • Analysing HR metrics to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
  • Advising on compensation and benefits strategies to remain competitive within the retail industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in human resources, within the fashion retail and e-commerce industry with a minimum of 15 years experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a regional capacity and adapt to diverse cultures.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR systems.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
