Job Description

As an HR officer within the HRBP team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for HR-related matters within the organization
  • Partnering with department heads to understand and address workforce needs and challenges
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Supporting performance management, annual salary review and employee engagement activities
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assisting in training and development programs to enhance technical and soft skills of employee from all levels
  • Preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Drive HR strategic meetings together with business leaders; proactively share ideas in a team discussions

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with 3-6 years' of HR experiences as a generalist
  • Proactive, mature, organized and versatile with a "no task is too small" mindset
  • Ability to advise and provide support to senior stakeholders on HR requests
  • Enjoy working in a open and sharing team environment; capable to work independently on complex HR tasks
  • Experience working in a medium to large size corporation with no less than 300 headcounts
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools to streamline operations
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address HR challenges
  • Willingness to travel to other office locations occassionally or as requested
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately Available preferred
