Job Description

  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and talent acquisition coordination.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant employment regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to employees and management.
  • Review, streamline, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and internal workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities and support employee engagement programmes.
  • Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis, and people-related metrics for management review.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to modernize HR practices and systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 5 -10 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally gained within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, or related sectors.
  • Solid understanding of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience managing multiple HR functions independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work effectively in a standalone HR capacity.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a genuine interest in process improvement and organizational enhancement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels.
  • Proactive, resourceful, hands-on, and able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution.
  • Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
