Job Description

HR Partnership & Business Support

  • Partner with managers and employees to support day-to-day people-related matters and HR initiatives
  • Assist HR Business Partners in delivering people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and organisational changes
  • Participate in discussions relating to employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives
  • Prepare HR analytics, reports, and insights to support business decision-making
  • Assist with employee relations matters and help ensure a positive employee experience



Talent & Employee Experience

  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Support onboarding and integration of new employees
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities, learning programs, and internal communications
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee wellbeing



HR Operations & Projects

  • Ensure employee records and HR data are maintained accurately
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, MPF, employee insurance, and annual tax filing processes
  • Assist in reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures, and employee programs
  • Participate in HR projects, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support various ad-hoc HR initiatives as the organisation continues to grow

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • 2-5 years of HR experience gained within a corporate or fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to areas such as recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, or employee engagement
  • Strong interest in developing a career within HR Business Partnering
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and hands-on approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at different levels
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
