Job Description

Our client is seeking a progressive and commercially minded HR professional to lead key people transformation initiatives across the organization. This newly enhanced role combines strategic HR business partnering with HR digitalization and process transformation responsibilities.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the company's HR agenda, including the implementation and optimization of HR systems, streamlining HR processes, enhancing people analytics, and partnering with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and change initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates with either a strong HR Business Partnering background or broad HR Generalist experience who have been actively involved in HR transformation, HRIS implementation, and change management projects within the hospitality industry.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Transformation & Change Management

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Review and enhance HR policies, processes, and operating models to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Lead change management activities associated with business and people transformation projects.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.



HR Digitalization & HRIS

  • Lead the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of HRIS and digital HR solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful system deployment and adoption.
  • Drive process automation and digitization initiatives to improve HR operational effectiveness.
  • Develop meaningful HR metrics, dashboards, and people analytics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, reporting accuracy, and compliance across HR systems.



Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and operational leaders.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, and organizational development matters.
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate stakeholders on people-related initiatives and projects.
  • Coach and support managers in people management and leadership effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience in hotels, hospitality groups, serviced apartments, clubs, resorts, or related service-oriented businesses is essential.
  • Proven track record in HR transformation, organizational change, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience supporting HRIS implementation, system upgrades, digital HR transformation, or HR technology projects.
  • Strong HRBP and/or HR Generalist foundation with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
  • Analytical, commercial, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin would be an advantage.
