This is a newly created Hedge Fund Sales position, primarily responsible for partnering with the Equity Portfolio Manager to support fundraising and investor engagement efforts. The role will focus on positioning and distributing a strong‑performing hedge fund product to professional and institutional investors.

Job Description

  • Work closely with the Equity PM to support capital raising for the hedge fund strategy
  • Present investment strategy, performance, and portfolio insights to investors
  • Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private banks, and allocators
  • Leverage existing network to originate new investor opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including investment, compliance, operations, and legal
  • Prepare marketing materials, pitchbooks, and support due diligence requests
  • Maintain ongoing investor communication and relationship management

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant experience in Hedge Fund Sales, Capital Introduction, or related buyside distribution roles
  • Background from hedge funds, cap intro teams, or alternative investment platforms highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of equity hedge fund strategies and performance drivers
  • Existing network with professional or institutional investors is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a build‑out / growth environment
