The role requires an individual who can engage credibly with senior stakeholders and business leaders on topics including organisational structure, talent pipeline development, succession considerations, headcount planning, budget management, and critical talent gaps. In addition to leading and developing the Talent Acquisition team, you will oversee recruitment across corporate functions and frontline operational roles in Hong Kong, while remaining hands-on in managing senior and executive-level hiring mandates. The role will also act as a key recruitment partner to regional and international HR teams, providing support on strategic and sensitive hiring projects, leadership replacements, newly created positions, and difficult-to-fill roles across global markets.The Successful ApplicantA minimum of 15-18 years of Talent Acquisition and recruitment experience, with a proven track record of leading Talent Acquisition functions within large, complex organisations. Experience within an operationally intensive, frontline-driven environments would be highly advantageous.Demonstrated success in developing and executing Talent Acquisition strategies that support business growth, workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, talent pipelining, and organisational transformation.Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders and executive leadership teams in discussions around organisational structure, talent gaps, workforce planning, headcount budgeting, hiring priorities, and talent market trends. The ability to influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and market intelligence is essential.Proven leadership capability in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, while remaining hands-on in managing senior leadership and executive-level recruitment mandates when required.Experience overseeing both corporate and frontline operational hiring at scale, with regional and/or global exposure.
