Job Description

  • Lead and develop the enterprise (B2B) business by defining and executing client acquisition strategies targeting mid-to-large corporates and MNCs.
  • Own revenue growth, pipeline development, and overall business performance for the corporate segment.
  • Drive key client negotiations and close large-scale partnership agreements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise clients, identifying new market opportunities.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of corporate accounts, ensuring long-term client success and retention.
  • Deliver tailored solutions by deeply understanding client needs and coordinating internal resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to launch enterprise-specific features and services.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, bringing strong local market knowledge and enterprise client networks.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or corporate account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong network of corporate clients in Hong Kong, with deep understanding of the local business landscape and decision-making processes.
  • Proven track record in enterprise client acquisition, including sourcing, negotiating, and closing large-scale deals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level clients and internal teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing pipelines, driving revenue growth, and delivering business results.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, with good command of Mandarin preferred.
