  • Overseeing the strategic development of a new commercial use property
  • Ensuring compliance with all public sector regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and meet organisational goals.
  • Driving the development and implementation of long-term property management strategies.
  • Monitoring budgets, contracts, and vendor performance to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and sustainability in new properties development.
  • Representing the organisation in key public sector forums and industry discussions.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in arch/surveying/engineering or a related field
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning and operational leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • An ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
