Job Description

As a Head of Business Manager of stable coin , your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop long-term strategic plans and annual business plans for the cross border payment business, ensuring strong alignment with the company's overall strategic direction.
  • Conduct in-depth research on global payment market trends, competitor landscape, and evolving customer needs to continuously optimize and innovate existing payment products and business models.
  • Build and continuously refine a high-performing payment business team based on business development needs, covering areas such as product development, operations, market expansion, and risk management.
  • Establish extensive and in-depth partnerships with financial institutions, payment service providers, e-commerce platforms, and others worldwide to jointly expand payment channels and enhance market coverage and brand influence.
  • Closely monitor changes in domestic and international financial regulatory policies to ensure full compliance of payment operations with relevant laws, regulations, and supervisory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the cross border payment industry, including at least 3 years in team management. Candidates with strong experience in cross-border payments, digital payments, plus with recent 1-2 years of working experiences within Web3 sector are preferred.
  • Deep understanding of global payment industry trends, business models, and technical architectures; proficient in payment clearing processes, account system design, and payment security technologies.
  • Strong product planning and innovation capabilities, with the ability to accurately identify market demands and customer pain points to drive continuous product optimization and innovation.
  • Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)and Mandarin Chinese, capable of seamless communication with international teams and partners.
