Job Description

As a Head of Investor Relation, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and execute the company's overall investor relations strategy aligned with business and capital market objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders
  • Develop and deliver clear, consistent messaging on financial performance, strategy, and growth outlook
  • Prepare earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and other investor communications
  • Translate complex financial data into compelling and concise investment narratives
  • Manage relationships with buy-side and sell-side analysts and institutional investors
  • Organize investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings
  • Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment; provide insights to senior management
  • Advise CEO, CFO, and Board on valuation, market expectations, and shareholder feedback
  • Support capital raising, M&A, and strategic transactions from an investor communications perspective
  • Ensure compliance with disclosure regulations and corporate governance standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Investor Relation should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
  • 12-15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferrable for backgrounds from Investment banking (M&A, ECM, advisory) or Buy-side or sell-side investment roles
  • Proven experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or public markets exposure
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of capital markets and investor behavior
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with high attention to detail and strong business acumen
