Job Description

Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of Food & Beverage will take ownership of the overall performance, development, and expansion of the F&B business in Hong Kong.

  • Lead business development initiatives and support ongoing expansion projects
  • Develop and execute sales, pricing, and sales & marketing strategies to maximize revenue
  • Drive sustainable growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and innovation
  • Identify new business opportunities and enhance existing revenue streams
  • Oversee large, multi-disciplinary F&B teams and build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, people development, and change management
  • Utilize data and business insights to produce sales reports and support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure operational excellence while maintaining luxury service standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive senior management experience within the F&B or luxury hospitality industry
  • Proven track record managing large teams and complex operations
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic mindset with solid commercial and sales acumen
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change and leading business transformation
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance reporting
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented leadership style
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory
  • Strong Cantonese and English required; Mandarin is a distinct advantage
