A well-established healthcare and pharmaceutical group with a strong presence in Asia is seeking an experienced Head of Business to lead its Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) business.

Job Description

    • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the company's operational management systems.
    • Formulate and execute the annual business strategy, operational plans, and budgets to achieve revenue and performance targets
    • Drive overall business growth, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
    • Oversee brand development and corporate positioning, enhancing market presence and reputation
    • Establish and maintain strong external relationships and public affairs management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and business risks
    • Ensure sustainable growth through strong governance, leadership, and execution



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of relevant experience medical service, prior experience in a senior leadership role within a multinational corporation is highly preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to drive business performance in a complex and evolving environment
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and team orientation
  • Fluent in Chinese and English is required.
  • Welcome candidate with top talent visa or valid Hong Kong work visa holder.
