Job Description

  • Managing daily operations of fund administration and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing fund accounting and reconciliation processes to maintain accuracy.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitoring and improving operational workflows for increased efficiency.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports and statements.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and discrepancies.
  • Supporting audits and regulatory reviews by providing required documentation and information.
  • Implementing new processes and tools to enhance fund operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in fund operations or administration within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in fund accounting and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
