Job Description

  • Managing fund operations, including NAV calculation, trade settlement and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions and preparing reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitoring fund performance and identifying areas for improvement in processes.
  • Assisting in the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • May be required to work overtime

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above (Accounting, Finance or related disciplines)
  • 1-2 years of working experience required.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in banking and financial services.
  • Must be fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
