Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer, your main responsibilities will include:

Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications and software solutions across the full development lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and enhance front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive web technologies.
Build and maintain backend services, APIs, microservices, and integrations following industry best practices.
Participate in application modernization and large-scale transformation initiatives, including enhancements to existing systems.
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, unit testing, integration testing, and production support activities to ensure solution quality.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support project delivery, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud-based deployment processes to support reliable and efficient software delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Full Stack Developer should have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience within complex application environments.
Strong experience in Angular and/or React, with solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. (Angular, React, Node.js, and Java experience will be highly advantageous.)
Proven backend development experience using Node.js and/or Java (Spring Boot), including microservices architecture and API development.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed messaging technologies, cloud storage solutions, containers, and orchestration platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing practices, and production monitoring tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working alongside project teams, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
