Our client is a renowned group in Asia and they are hiring a FP&A Manager/ Assistant Manager for their group finance team.

Job Description

As a FP&A Manager/ Assistant Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises across business units.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year performance.
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.



Management Reporting

  • Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial information.
  • Analyze business performance and provide commentary on financial results and operational drivers.



Process Improvement

  • Support continuous enhancement of planning, reporting, and forecasting processes.
  • Drive automation and reporting improvements to increase efficiency and data quality.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A/ Management Reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
