Job Description

As a Finance Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals.
  • Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
  • Supervising and mentoring the accounting and finance team to ensure high performance.
  • Conducting risk management and implementing internal controls.
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize financial efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improving financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA.
  • Min 8-10 years of relevant experiences in a multinational work environment
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
