About Our Client

An established hospital is looking for a seasoned finance professional to support a pricing transformation initiative.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in strengthening pricing governance, enhancing costing methodologies, and supporting the implementation of a new pricing framework and system within a complex healthcare environment.

Job Description

  • Partner with finance leadership to develop and implement a pricing and costing framework for clinical services
  • Drive pricing estimation methodologies for surgical and medical procedures
  • Act as a key liaison between Finance, Clinical Operations, Nursing, Medical Services, IT, and external vendors
  • Collaborate with vendors on the implementation of pricing and estimation system
  • Review and streamline finance workflows, controls, and governance processes
  • Prepare business requirements, policies, documentation, and management reports
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies across finance functions
  • Provide project leadership and stakeholder management throughout the transformation journey

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
  • Professional qualification such as HKICPA, CPAA, ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, costing, pricing, financial governance, or finance transformation
  • Prior experience within hospitals, healthcare providers, or healthcare-related organisations is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of costing methodologies, pricing structures, and financial controls
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
