Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage day-to-day finance activities to maintain accurate and timely financial information.
  • Prepare financial reports that give stakeholders a clear view of business performance.
  • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities to support planning decisions.
  • Review financial data and investigate variances to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain effective financial controls and documentation across finance processes.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide practical financial insights and guidance.
  • Oversee month-end reporting activities and ensure key deadlines are met.
  • Improve finance processes to increase efficiency and strengthen data quality.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Experience managing core finance activities and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Ability to review financial information and explain key variances clearly.
  • Experience maintaining financial controls and accurate supporting documentation.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders on finance-related matters.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling financial data and reporting deadlines.
