Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and banking activities to ensure sufficient funding for operations
  • Prepare and monitor short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
  • Oversee financing activities, including loans, credit facilities, and capital structure
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Negotiate banking terms, fees, and service agreements
  • Ensure efficient treasury operations, including payments and cash controls
  • Monitor compliance with loan covenants, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare regular treasury reports and provide insights to senior management
  • Support strategic initiatives such as investments, M&A, and business expansion
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business units to optimize financial performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACT) preferred
  • 5-10 years of relevant treasury or corporate finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, banking products, and financial risk management
  • Experience in managing loan facilities and banking relationships
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and risk awareness
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment
