Job Description

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and performance commentary
  • Analyse actual results against budget and forecast, highlighting key variances, trends, and business drivers
  • Support financial reporting activities, including period-end reporting, consolidation, and management review
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning and investment decisions
  • Partner closely with operational and functional teams to provide commercial insights and recommendations
  • Prepare financial presentations and decision-support materials for senior management
  • Monitor business performance and key financial and operational KPIs
  • Drive improvements in reporting processes, financial systems, and analytical tools
  • Support ad hoc commercial analysis and strategic projects



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Professional accounting qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with solid exposure to FP&A, management reporting, and financial analysis
  • Prior experience in a sizable multinational organisation or big 4 is highly preferred
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
  • Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems is an advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin)
