Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
  • Preparing accurate financial reports and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Monitoring budgets and financial forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to management for strategy planning.
  • Ensuring timely submission of tax filings and statutory reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
  • Implementing and improving financial systems and processes for efficiency.
  • Managing cash flow and financial risk to maintain the organisation's financial health.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in the Media & Agency industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and systems.
